Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered in a search form go to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those queries. When a visitor writes to us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.

Hosting systems retain customary server-log information, including an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review it in aggregate for maintenance and readership patterns. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.

Tennessee’s Information Protection Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 47-18-3301 et seq., can give qualifying consumers rights concerning private controllers, subject to its thresholds and exceptions. Because we keep little information, a request generally involves the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Tennessee public records are governed separately by the Tennessee Public Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 10-7-501 et seq., including the inspection right in § 10-7-503. Records held by Chattanooga, Hamilton County, or Tennessee custodians are outside our control, and a correction or access request belongs with the office that keeps the record.
